Community Partners

The Buckskin Activities Alliance (BAA) is a consortium of Conestoga Valley School District Coaches, Administrators, Board Members and Booster Club representatives. The organization represents a variety of extracurricular activities, including athletic programs, cheerleading, marching band and performing arts. Research by the National Center of Education Statistics found that participation in extracurricular activities has a positive correlation on student’s attendance, GPA, test scores and expected educational goals.

Our third-annual fundraising event, the Elimination Dinner & Auction, is taking place on Sunday, March 10, 2019.  This highly anticipated event has a limit of 225 tickets available. Attendees include parents, coaches, booster club members, community leaders, administrators and other individuals in the CV Community. Unlike traditional fundraisers, 100% of the money raised by this event will be used to finance various project grants for participating sports and activities. The BAA is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.  Projects supported by the BAA include technology for stage productions; hurdles for the track team; dugouts for the softball team; new score boards in the main gym (partnership with Wrestling Booster Club), wrestling mats, and a portable outdoor scorers table.  Last year alone, the BAA funded over $88,000.00 in grants due in large part to funds generated from the Elimination Dinner.

A significant part of our Elimination Dinner fundraising comes from the support of business leaders and organizations who serve the CV community.  This is our Community Partners Program and we invite you to join this effort. Community Partners are given special recognition at the Elimination Dinner and receive various benefits based on partnership level.  ­The partnership levels are assigned below:

Presenting: $5,000+

  • Recognition during dinner

Platinum: $1,000

Gold: $500
