To offset the significant costs of maintaining a quality athletics program, Conestoga Valley student-athletes pay a participation fee seasonally. The fees are as follows:
- First activity: $80
- Second activity: $40
- Third activity: $20
- Maximum per student, per year: $140
Monies raised through participation fees go to offset costs for Supplemental Insurance ($20), which provides accident insurance for students involved in extracurricular activities. The remaining balance is divided between the General Fund ($30), to offset athletic costs such as transportation and coaching salaries, and Buckskin Boosters Fund ($30), which finances facilities improvements at CV. Fees for additional activities are divided between the General Fund and the Buckskin Boosters.
If enrolled in Free Lunch Program, there is a one-time fee of $10.00 (Supplemental Insurance). If enrolled in Reduced Lunch Program, there is a one-time fee of $50.00.
All checks should be made payable to “Conestoga Valley School District.” Please include student name, activity in memo section.
