Mission Statement

The mission of Conestoga Valley Wrestling is to build a program where athletes:

• Learn to compete athletically at the highest levels and seek academic excellence as well.
• Develop fundamentally sound technique through a progressive and current curriculum.
• Train in an environment that embraces leadership and demands discipline, mental toughness, and perseverance.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork where “iron sharpens iron”.
• Mature into men of character and integrity who will be outstanding citizens on and off of the mat.
